Araucana These unusual chicken are rumpless, lay blue eggs, and some boasts feather earrings.
It is believed that they originated from South America.
I raise BBR (red breasted black) and black variety.
My araucanas are bantams and come from show quality stock.

Many times people confuse the Araucana with the Ameraucana.
